How to Make Habits Work for You
Every morning I have a sort of habit container by which I mean that I have a sequence of habits I do every morning for my health. Like the first one is drinking a tall glass of water and then I have a whole bunch of them after that. And the idea is that it's very easy for me to add new things to that because I already have that sort of habit Container every morning. Well now it's just a question of what is in that sequence and I can change that over time.
