Is There a State-Backed Hacker in China?

No universally acknowledged proof that corporate corporate espionage projects or operations coming from China are sponsored by the government. There is widespread Sertitude that that is the case. It just gets to a point where you think the simplest explanation is, in fact, there are these state-backed hackers that are doing this on behalf of Chinese government. If not on the request, at least with the implicit approval.
