When dopamine systems aren't working properly, it's hard to make clear decisions about our life. I think when we're looking at the mental health issues at scale, I think it comes back probably to viewing light in these inappropriate times. If you're going to sleep at 11 30, you absolutely do not want to be viewing light from 11 to 11 30. Or if you're falling asleep at 12 a.m., you don't want to view light between 11 p.m. and 12 a.M.
