What Would Have Happened Had They Not Been Translocated?

The family that were translocated here, what would have happened to them had they not been translocated? So there's a mitigation hierarchy for beavers in areas where they have caused an issue. There are still very few sites in Scotland that have applied to take translocated beavers. Had we not given this family the opportunity to move to this site, the options would have been to move them out of Scotland so they would no longer have been part of the Scottish population or lethal control.
