The American College of Rheumatology's Response to the Workforce Study
The American College of Rheumatology did what they do best, which is training. The problem was that it contributed to more maldistribution of care because if you train somebody at the University of Maryland, you're not going to recruit them in Montana. It's very common that fellows or advanced training, people will stay within 100 or 200 miles from where they trained.
