How Do You Do Your Leadership Meetings With All Your Team Leads?

We try not to have meetings with more than three people ever. We do a weekly team all hands, which is optional. You can go or not if it fits your schedule. There are a lot of assumptions that people make related to the interpersonal dynamic that comes from these meetings. From the status up dates, you actually get a lot more intentional time with those peopleand it's a much, much better use of that syncronous time together.
