Hector's Revolt
The Iliad is one of the most famous and beautiful passages in the Iliad. It's a famous scene for its realistic detail, but also because of its portrait of Trojan family life. Homer describes how Hector bid his beloved wife and child goodbye as he left to rejoin the war on another plane.
