CD11 C Positive B Cells in Down Syndrome Patients

There's a particular population of CD11 C positive B cells that are increased in down syndrome patients. Their presence is correlated with the IL-6 levels and also by circulating t follicular helper cells. And they kind of pinpoint at this cells as being a one of the major sources of all two reactive B cells observed in these patients.
