Scaling a Sail Ord
You want to bring in your first batch of sails reps, let's call it two or three. You do not want to even think about moving to the next phase until those reps, based on their booking and sails yield, are covering the fully bored cost of the sales org. Then you're ready to move. And as they start to build the channel, a build inside sails, kind of separate farmers from a net lo logo sales executives, they moved into the execution phase. This is really about finding coin operated reps who can move into your reputable sails ord and scale it as fast as possible.
