The Future of Amazon
Many of my clients have done work for Amazon. And I've heard repeatedly that they refer to themselves as a federation of startups. Jeff Bezos, when they went public over 25 years ago, he said, we're not going to show a profit for 20 years. So they've got some really big winners, right? They've got FBA fulfillment by Amazon. They got AWS. These are cash cows and there are other cash cows in the business. But that that specialness that grew Amazon, at some point, it's going to go away. It happens to every organization.
