The modern environment has disrupted our circadian rhythm. After sunset, it's a psychodelic light show. We're surrounded by blue spectrum light. It's just tricking our poor lit brains. That's why so many of us struggle to feel eepy at night,. And i think a much more pactful intervention, short of living off the grid and not having any artificial light after sunset, isitim going camping. Camping is a great reset. But i like blue block and glasses. I think they too. They are something that is invasive, inexpensive, high potential benefit. The only thing that’s like that is the squatty potty, totally separate conversation
