Is There a Future for AI?

I think things that may look a lot like us will most likely go in the direction of us treating them a lot more like us. We anthropomorphize everything, and it's kind of nice that we do that as human beings. If we're not even aware, it's sentient. We're still protective, but I think it's going to create problems for us. As psychopaths don't have pain sensors, they would just be faking it. They could devalue human life because violence is rampant. The other side could go completely opposite way, which is that you treat everyone like human.
