Even in highly developed countries, we've seen vulnerability to climbate impacts on full display last summer. Even though funding is available, it's still a change if you're not prepared to develop adaptation measures. In your home country of germany and other european countries, flooding cost hundreds of lives and hundreds of billions of dollars and losses.
