Southwest Airlines Losses $159 Million in the First Quarter
Southwest Airlines reported in that loss of $159 million. CEO Bob Jordan said that included a $294 million after tax loss related to the December meltdown. The final tally on the trouble looks like it costs the company almost a billion dollars, certainly more than $900 million.
