The Importance of Accepting Yourself
I would much rather smash myself with the strength training eight hours a day, than sitting with myself and asking myself these questions. I'm not trying craving attention or taking it, but I'm actually bringing, I'm bringing lightness maybe, or perspective. It's a huge thing. And recently I've been pondering on how many people I have in my life, or how many friends that are really bringing that are there. And it's usually them on the other side of the globe, very few people that are really doing this work. And I would go to hell and back for them. Like don't take care about anyone else, be sound yourself, decide yourself.
