Hitler's Drug Abuse

Hitler was addicted to opiates and cocaine during the Second World War. His dependence got so bad that he developed a severe tremor or shake. Some historians believe Hitler could have been suffering from Parkinson's disease, but severe tremors are also a symptom of drug withdrawal. Was he making war decisions while high on cocaine and opiates? It's certainly an interesting theory, and could partly explain Hitler's manic behaviour and refusal to stop the war until the last moment.
