Happiness is a trainable skill that anybody can learn once they know what to work on. Life style is important, but we also need to take into account happiness. One thing i'd ask pel to think about is the opposite of cor happiness, which is junk happiness. It could be sugar, alcohol, gambling, three hours on inca gram on line or pornography. Too often all we make the mistake that these junk happiness habits are truly making us happy. When they're not, right? They're simply there to distract us from our real problems.
