The Power of a Neural Network

The power of a neural network is usually described by the number of connections. The output once it's done with this so it's percolating through the neural network then what happens like that? So I'd like to show what happens after these numbers are applied to these initial neurons, the neural activity cascades from synapse to synapse in GPT four.
