How to Bone Out a Chicken?
You can't escape yourself, which I love. How do you bone out a chicken? Most people would find that in an impossible task. You have to cut the two joints of the hip and the two of the shoulder. The rest of it you pull because there is nothing you saw attached to. It's only attached to those plates. So if I cut there, grab it, pull it out, the whole thing come out of the carcass within minutes.
