Hedge fund billionaire Bill ackman has been accused of trying to cause the market to go down because he was shorting stock. Alex Castellanos says Ackman is not involved with sorros in any meaningful way. He also doesn't hate president trump, and even said that if he could navigate this crisis, he could be re elected in November.
