How to Do Isometric Training for Cyclists

In most cases, I other work on the joint position whereby the concentric force is initiated or the biomechanically most disadvantaged position of that particular action. And yeah, and sometimes I do what Alex does as well, getting the isometric at a very specific angle. So for example, if we're looking at a squat, if we go by a parallel squat, for example, I can either get the person to get athletes to do the isometric squat at the parallel position or we do it at a sticking point, which is about 90 to 100 degree knee angle. That's some of the consideration that I have when I prescribe the position for the isometric training.
