In 2011, a number of events made the increasing investment in being interested in improving reproducibility. The credibility of our findings made it a whole lot easier for that discussion to become a field wide discussion and interest. And so what we decided to do was say, well, let's actually get some evidence. If this is a scientific question, we can study it.
