The Pros and Cons of New Construction
Ashley: I've never done new construction myself on the investment side. We have purchased quite a bit of new construction, but it was from the builder who did the work to identify the parcel. He had already identified and permitted multiple parcels in this city that we were looking to invest in. The cons to that approach is that we were definitely paying more for the finished product than if we had done the work ourselves.
