Is There a Goldilocks Zone for Trauma?
A child with an ACE score of four or more is 33 times more likely to have behavioral problems in school than one with a lower or neutral score. Trauma isn't good for most people, even trauma at a very young age. But despite all of this is there some amount of trauma that is good for us. A small dosage that pushes us to achieve without debilitating our lives.
