What Is an Elvat?

An elvat is an implantable, durable left ventricularsis device that's meant to provide cardiac output to the body in a someote with n stage heart failure. The higher the pressure, the harder the pump has to work against the pressure, and therefore less flow is produced. An elvad can either be as a bridge to the heart transplant, or there can be qu destination therapy, which is either a temporary or permanent ineligibility for the heart transplant.
