Pino: I think you have to assume on some level too that you will have a rotating audience. When they're in the room with me, they want the 45 minute experience of learning and having a good time centered around whatever topic it is I'm talking about. Watching a video on YouTube, even if it's my video, my Java Zone video, gets material up so fast. People's calendars are cleared and they can focus on something for three days. They're going to learn. So it's got to do more with what's going on in the person doing the learning.
