How to Fight a Boss in 11

In eight usually if I was fighting a boss like this is how my first term would start. In 11 you have the ability to do kind of like more combo attacks with your party versus an eight. The synergy for different peoples attacks and stuff was something that I did enjoy as far as 11 goes versus eight. But with eight I guess just because it's kind of like a more in a way archaic way of how combat works with all the different characters is one of the reasons why I like it so much.
