If you contemplate god, the answer to the contemplation of god is to do the will of god for other people. That's where compassion comes in, to serve with passion,. To serve with love, to have passion for what's going on in front of you. You put those two things together, this contemplation of the will ofgod and the compassion, that proves that you have touched the heart of god. And that is you as prayer. So what do you believe?
