The Problem With the Current System in the Humanitarian Sector

I don't think that there will be any meaningful progress on localization within the current financing and governance models. I think it's basically a dead letter. But is there conversations inside the member states and donors of these multi-year funds, global, Gavi and all that stuff? Are they having a conversation about maybe something that is needed in the humanitarian world? And I've been neck deep in COVID for the last three years. So I'm not as up to speed on the latest conversations over the last couple of years.
