When we take fewer steps or do fewer a total tasks that are in your wont to do, you're not saying fewer than you usually do. For most of us, that's very little we're doing. And so really when we choose instead, and this is a thing, as we've forgotten, that we can choose to say no to things. We can choose the life we want to live on a regular, everyday basis. When we make those choices and we actively intentionally choose how we want to structure our day, that is really when we start feeling happy and satisfied.
