Is the Dutch a Better Place to Live?
I don't think that culture fits me as well as the American culture does. I felt more at home in the United States. Given that you started in New York City, it's very hard for me to understand that. The Dutch are known to be very direct. That's the term I would use. It has its advantages because you know where you stand with Dutch people and they will just tell you straight to your face. There's no self-interest in any one has to invest time in sort of making you feel at home or so on.
