How Larry Page Convinced Hank to Stay With Google

Google had a problem with developers leaving to go and do their own thing after a while. Larry Page over at Google didn't want to see Hank leave. So the two set down to talk things over. This coincided with work being done by others at Google who were trying to create that incubator program I mentioned earlier.
