The Best Carbohydrate Sources for a TTE Pre Race Breakfast?

I noticed that you didn't mention any fruits in the examples of carbohydrate sources for te te pre race breakfast. Is there a reason that you didn’t mention er strayed up fruits? And also yo have to check the fructos content of certain fruits, because sometimes fruits are not high in fruit los at all and theyre like, mostly lucos. So it's really down to am testing what works. For instance, like i usually have for breakfast, am rice with pure fructs an. It works fine for me. I add some, like a nast quick powder on the top of it, which is, again, sugar,  in one to one
