What i see him saying here's the idea of a folk can't form the basis of a state. Y that's the anti national settement. Iavein my note about it, especially this line where he says, the sign of the state is the will to death. A people creates its own values. It defines its own good and evil. But the state tells lies in all the tongues of good andEvil. This the sign i give you, is a sign of theState. And maybe that's what the notes wanted to be trying to do.
