In addition to being an elegy, this is perhaps like Eileen meditating on their own mortality or on their having like lived past 30 unlike Joel Colton. And if we connect both of these poems, we get the godliness of, you know, just being inundated by lava and dying,. A poet dying on Mount St. Helens is this one, one here is an act of God in there somewhere. It's a mystery. I mean, is that how anatomy works? Thank you, my brother.
