The God of process thought is that element in the nature of things which releases destructive patterns into something new. John Haught, Iliad Elio talk about futurity and coming at you from the future with possibilities not inherent in your past. So I think that fits very nicely in a liberationist framework. Some people have done work on Gustavo Guillieras and process thought more work needs to be done.
