These imply really different launch strategies, and you sometimes see founders get it backwards or reverted. He says food delivery is not in principle a disruptive innovation because food is a luxury service. Stanley: But if you were operating that business, what's your goal? Your goal is to take the consumers who are already doing the most of it and help them do it better and more cheaply.
