The Milliban's 500,000 Green Jobs

So when a milliban says that they can create 500,000 new green jobs however so defined is it your suggestion that he is perhaps being a little bit economical with the truth? I just passed him on West Midstegree by the way he was being miked up from interview I didn't I felt it was a bit rude to stand up by too close to see what he was going to say but yeah you know it's of no consolation really if in the process of doing so you cost 100,000 jobs in the old economy.
