The DMV in California, they hold all the titles for all California's cars. The current system is like using an 18th century paper based technology. They have partnered with Tazos to make a private version of the Tazos blockchain. And once they move them all on chain, then what they're going to do is build apps such as a wallet where you can manage your car title through the DMV and it connects into the Tazorchain.
