How to Fully Express Your Needs
"I'm more likely to get my needs met if i express them," he said. "You're angry because of the thinking that's racing through your head." When you're in touch with your needs, you cannot be angry. You'll have strong feelings, fear, frustration, sadness, but not anger. Then when you open your mouth, you're fully expressing what's going on in you", she says.
