This tends to be broscience which gives you an indication of who is more susceptible to this kind of stuff. Women may be more interested in what Gwyneth Paltrow is saying than Joe Rogan. There has been a massive explosion in this kind of bro science with some pretty outlandish claims being made about nutrition
