You can use the tapping to get rid of your resistance to accepting the anxiety. As you focus on those beliefs and you do the tapping, those beliefs will start to weaken as well. And that's slowly but surely and sometimes very quickly going to raise your self-esteem. You start to feel valuable, important and good enough.
