Do You Have a Box Breathing Habit?

I tend to take three big deep breaths before I switch tasks. It just kind of helps me clear my mind, refocus and forget about the thing I was doing before so you're not constantly thinking about it anymore. Sometimes I get a little fancy and I'll do something like box breathing or 478 breathing,. In this case of 478 breathing, like box breathing is the thing that Navy Seals do to calm down.
