The Benefits of Sitting at the Bar
In New Orleans, there are always places for you to get a table because they're reserving it for the locals. In San Francisco, the equivalent is like house of prime rib, impossible to get a reservation at this restaurant. The only way to do it is go show up and eat at the bar. It's actually a way better experience. And oftentimes the people that get upset aren't just the regular person. They're the celebrity who usually gets PX treatment. That's where it's a problem.
