So any potential disruption to russia crud oil and product flows will indirectly impact the oil market globul as well as in that in nasia. If russia diverted more fuel oil from europe and you as back to asia, while the asian buyers hasitated to take those barrels then the russian fuel have to be discounted in the atlantic basin yard or to find a home elsewhere.
