The Importance of Planning for Learning

Planning was a big part of our teaching and learning work at Isaac. We asked staff to always be aware of who their disadvantaged learners were in terms of those who are economically disadvantaged. Sometimes that was using older students to coach and peer teach younger students. And partly it was about working with parents too and running workshops for parents.
