In terms of due diligence in the private fund world, you know, focusing on the operational and like doing a background check on the manager themselves is more critical. I wrote a blog post a couple of years ago for the CHI Association on my top 10 keys to manager due diligence. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is things like if it's persistently good or persistently bad,. And if it’s persistently bad, one is you just aren't very good. The other one is nobody's this good so that's more suspicious.
