The Risks of Self-Managed Syndications
The Thomas fire which I think was 2017 was the largest wildfire in California history blew right through our city we literally lost like 800 houses on the hill so like multi million dollar houses. Most of our clients aren't you know running creative partnerships and doing creative finance type investing stuff subject to syndications or all the stuff that investors talk about most of them are when they self manage. The biggest risk in my opinion is they're breaking laws they don't even know exist.
