The best way to help lead other people is by asking open hended questions, an open hnded question that gives you more information about what they are doing. That actually goes back to our thame, which is martial arts, because we have a couple drills that we do both in kempo and in a in bolinta. All is is called question and answer or chess. You're puzzling out a question and answer method. Also works for the project management world. Don't pretend to be an expert, of course, just share what you know.
