How to Build a Foundation of High Conviction in Founders

If you want to have success in this industry, you really need to be hweeds yourself. No one else can tell you what to do or where to go. You have to find out yourself. There is a research phase in a rightof passage that's required getting started. I don't think that you can expect to buy a bunch of ether and make a bunch of money overnight. But being able to have the conviction that if you spend enough time in this industry that something will click. i think it would be just fine a community to get involved with.
